MLADEN GRDOVIĆ ANNOUNCES BIG SOLO CONCERT WITH NEW SINGLE “LIPA MOJA”

One of the most popular performers of domestic pop music, Mladen Grdović, presents his new single Lipa moja, which he will present live for the first time at this year’s CMC festival in Vodice – a regional record festival that, as he points out, he loves very much.

After winning the Dalmatian chanson contest in Šibenik last year with the song “Sveta zemlja Dalmatina“, Grdović turns again to the theme of love and delivers an emotional song woven with Mediterranean charm, for which he composed the music to Antonija Šola‘s text. This year, in addition to the festival performance, Mladen Grdović will hold his solo concert in Vodice on Friday, June 6, on the main Vodice stage.

Mladen Grdović is one of the most popular and beloved performers of Croatian pop music, having released over 20 studio and compilation albums during his four and a half decades in the industry. His songs often focus on love, Dalmatia, and the sea, and he is recognizable by his Dalmatian musical expression.

He collaborated with numerous authors and performers, and his concerts were regularly sold out. In February 2024, Grdović held a spectacular concert in his hometown of Zadar to mark the 45th anniversary of his career. The concert, entitled ’45 Years with You,’ was held in the Krešimir Ćosić Hall in Višnjik, where the audience enjoyed almost three hours of the program in front of a packed house.

In addition to Grdović, guests such as Zlatko Pejaković, Emilija Kokić, Maja Šuput, Duško Lokin, Antonija Šola, Jure Brkljača, and Dino Petrić also performed. During the evening, Grdović also received a special award for 45 years of a successful career from his longtime record label Croatia Records. His opus includes numerous hits such as Nije u šoldim sve, Evo mene moji ljudi, Dalmatinac sam, and Tu je moj dom, and he collaborated with eminent authors and performers.
