As previously announced, today at noon, the second contingent of tickets for Marko Perković Thompson’s long-awaited concert, which will take place on July 5 at the Zagreb Hippodrome, went on sale. The performer’s manager, Zdravko Barišić, confirmed for HRT that more than 150,000 tickets were sold during the first six hours. The price of the tickets for the ground floor was 30 euros, while the tickets for the fan pit cost 50 euros.
The first contingent of tickets, which went on sale on March 28, aroused enormous interest from the audience, and as many as 281,774 tickets were sold out in less than 24 hours. Entrio says this concert officially holds the record for the highest number of tickets sold worldwide. It is impressive that almost half of all tickets were sold in the first six hours from the sales start.
All available ticket contingents are now sold out, and more than half a million visitors are expected at the concert, which further confirms this event’s status as a world-class spectacle.
