Marko Perković Thompson has released the first live performance from his historic concert at the Zagreb Hippodrome, the song titled “Ravnoteža” (Balance). This magnificent musical spectacle, held this summer, gathered over half a million people, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

The event exceeded all expectations and entered history as the concert with the highest number of tickets sold worldwide. For over three hours, the audience from across Croatia, the region, and the diaspora enjoyed hits marking three decades of Thompson’s career, each song accompanied by thousands of voices and spectacular light shows. The Hippodrome concert is still remembered as a unique musical and emotional experience that confirmed Thompson’s status as the most incredible performer on the domestic scene.
Thompson’s long-awaited studio album, “Hodočasnik” (The Pilgrim), released in June, has topped the domestic album sales charts for seven consecutive weeks and was declared the best-selling album of the first half of 2025. The new single, a live version of “Ravnoteža,” captures the energy and emotion of the Hippodrome spectacle in every note, reminding us why this concert became a historic event in the music world.
