Mia Dimšić, one of the most successful singer-songwriters of the younger generation, has signed her third exclusive five-year contract with the record label Croatia Records, confirming the continuation of their long-standing and fruitful collaboration. This milestone marks a new creative phase in her career and announces a series of upcoming musical projects. Mia emphasized that her special partnership with Croatia Records has lasted for ten years, and with her tenth career anniversary approaching, they are planning many exciting events to celebrate this milestone, making the new contract a natural and logical step.

Her musical journey began on October 12, 2015, with the release of her debut single, “Budi mi blizu” (“Stay Close to Me”), which immediately captivated both the audience and critics. A few years later, she established herself as one of the most important singer-songwriters of her generation. Known for her heartfelt lyrics and music that blend pop, country, and folk elements, she has created a distinctive sound. Mia’s connection with her audience makes her one of the rare performers who successfully combine great popularity with artistic authenticity.

Although only a few years have passed since her debut, Mia Dimšić has become a prominent figure in the Croatian music scene. Her debut album, which dominated sales charts and garnered numerous prestigious awards, included the Croatian Musicians Union Award for Best New Artist, two Music Pub Awards, the CMC Television Award for Best New Artist, and the CMC Festival Award for Performer of the Year. Her song “Život nije siv” (“Life is Not Grey”) won significant recognition, including first prize at the Split Festival and the most played song of the previous year. In 2017, she released a Christmas album, promoted with a sold-out concert at Lisinski Hall.
