ROCK EXPLOSION IN SEX: FRANK K’O POLA AND SEXYMOTHERDUCKERS PERFORM APRIL 3
On Thursday, April 3, Zagreb club Sax will host two more than energetic bands: Frank K’o Pola and Sexymotherfuckers. This concert offers a unique opportunity for fans of domestic rock and special hop-cup music to experience live and new material of these unique bands.
Frank K’o Pola is a new rock band from Zagreb consisting of Almir (vocals, guitar), Emil (keyboards), Damir (bass guitar), and Hrvoje (drums). After several years of playing and creating, they proudly present their debut album “Nikom ništa”, which was released under the Dallas Records label. The album brings a fresh sound and energy, and singles like “Parachute”, “Celo,” and “Iso” have already attracted the attention of the audience and critics. The band lives in live concerts and will present their new material to the audience, which they have been preparing for long.
Sexymotherfuckers come from Zadar and are known for their unique “hop-cup” style, which combines elements of pure rock, hip-hop, and Dalmatian melos. The band members are Ivo Petrić, Marin Mrva, Marino Antiši, and Dejan Marcikić. Their songs are often described as a scrapbook of the Zadar water area, bringing an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere. Natup is full of fun, humor, and incredible energy that infectiously affects the audience. The performance of SMF is hard to forget, and the distinctive vocalist Ivo Petrić leaves no one indifferent. After successful singles such as “Ajme meni nije mi dobro”, “Dido moj”, “Napolitanka,” and “Tralalala”, the band is preparing new songs, the first of which is “Reci mi” for Dallas Records, and some of the new songs will be premiered at this concert.
The concert starts at 8 p.m., and tickets are available through Eventim systems and at the Sax box office on the concert day.
